We're not going to pretend to host drivers. The safest place to get them is from the manufacturer — always. These links take you directly to the official support page for each brand.

A heads-up: If a site asks you to download a "driver installer" and then shows a flashing error telling you to call a support number, close the tab. That's a scam. Real drivers don't behave that way.

30-Day Warranty

Every refurbished printer sold by Inklane is covered by a 30-day limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

What's covered

  • Hardware defects present at the time of delivery
  • Failures during normal household or office use
  • Mechanical issues (paper feed, cartridge recognition, print head faults)
  • Connectivity hardware (Wi-Fi module, USB port, Ethernet) not working out of the box

What's not covered

  • Damage from drops, spills, or physical mishandling after delivery
  • Consumables (ink, toner, paper) beyond the included starter cartridge
  • Damage from third-party (non-OEM) ink or toner
  • Software issues unrelated to the hardware itself
  • Damage from power surges if the printer was not plugged into surge protection

How to make a claim

Email support@inklane.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible. We'll respond within one business day. If the issue is covered, we'll send a prepaid return label and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund on any printer or toner purchased from Inklane.

For refund eligibility

  • Item must be in original condition and original packaging
  • All included accessories (cables, cartridges, manuals) must be returned
  • Refund must be requested by the original purchaser

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is sent.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For buyer's-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

Restocking

A 10% restocking fee applies to opened, non-defective returns of printers (to cover inspection and re-certification). Unopened returns are refunded in full. Toner and cartridges must be unopened and sealed for a full refund.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information. Payment data is processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never stored on Inklane's servers.

  • To send occasional marketing emails — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your personal information to third parties

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We make every effort to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors happen. If a price or description error is identified after an order is placed, we'll contact you and offer either the corrected price or a full refund.

Product condition

Products labeled "Refurbished" have been inspected, tested, and restored to working condition. They may show minor cosmetic signs of prior use. Products labeled "New" are unused, in original sealed packaging.

Shipping

We ship within the continental United States only. Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders over $99 ship free via standard ground. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Limitation of liability

Inklane's liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Product names and brand names mentioned on this site (HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, Xerox, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. Inklane is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any printer manufacturer.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping methods

  • Standard Ground (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $99, otherwise $8.95
  • Expedited (2 business days): $19.95
  • Overnight: Rate calculated at checkout

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number emailed within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.

Delivery issues

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
